Inspired by their forthcoming book on team coaching Lucy Widdowson and Paul J Barbour will present their views on the present status of team coaching and its future.
The session which will be experiential, interactive and practical and will explore:
why team coaching leads to long-term sustainable increases in performance
what team coaching is and how it differs from other team intervention
how team coaches can create transformation through their ‘way of being’, team coaching models, tools, techniques and approaches in a physical, virtual or hybrid setting
The workshop will also share learnings from a team coaching case study, carried out with a leading high street retailer.
Lucy Widdowson MSc, PCC, FCIPD is an executive and team coach, Director of Performance Edge and a lead tutor on team coaching at Henley Business School. During her 30-year corporate career, Lucy worked at board level as an HR director and led award-winning teams.
Lucy has developed a unique team coaching framework, ‘Creating the Team Edge’, that has been proven to accelerate team performance.
As a board member of the UK ICF Lucy is a global thought leader on team coaching. Lucy has co-authored a book with Paul J Barbour on team coaching due to be published later this year.
