Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging in coaching: Racial equality in Coaching
In this session Prof Passmore will share the results from an 18months study into race in coaching, and the implications for the global coach community. The research gathered data from coaches, professional bodies, coach training providers, and coaching services companies and provides a series of 15 recommendation. Coaches attending the event will be invited to commit to
reflect on the implications for their practice and how they, and ICF Germany, can become a positive force for change. Delegates attending the session will receive a free copy of the 24 page report.
Vita:
Prof Passmore is Senior Vice-President Coaching at CoachHub, Chair of the British Psychology Society Division of Coaching Psychology, Chair of the European University Coaching Network, and director of the Henley Centre for Coaching. He has published widely with over 100 scientific papers and 30 books including “Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide”, the only coaching text based on the ICF competencies (and to be published in German in 2022), “The Coaches Handbook” and “CoachMe: My Personal Board of Directors”. He has won multiple awards for his work and is listed in the Global Gurus and Thinkers 50 list of top coaches worldwide.
